Gentle Yoga Flow with Anja
Wednesdays 16:30 – 17:30
An hour of a mindful flow of yoga poses with attention to alignment and easy breathing. We will include a short relaxation and seated practise. The yoga classes are inspiring, creative and safe. Inspired by gentle flow yoga, alignment, ayurvedic and yogic philosophy.
Options of modifications and variations of postures are given during the class to suit both newer yogis and more experienced. Everyone is different and we all have individual challenges in our practice. Bring some cushions or yoga block and a scarf or yoga belt. Be prepared to move, stretch and relax!

Anja Brierley Lange is a senior yoga teacher (SYT) and yoga teacher trainer as well as an Ayurvedic Practitioner (BSc, PGDip). She has been teaching yoga since 2005. Combining her passions for yoga and ayurveda inspires her life and is her full time occupation. Anja continues to study, to practise and explore the physical and spiritual practises of yoga, ayurveda, meditation and traditional tantra.
