Join us for this free and fun Mantra painting workshop on canvas bags whilst singing along to melodious Kirtans.
Shapes are the most popular form of doodle dating back to the ancient yogis who created patterns depicting sacred meanings, order and wonderment. These energy patterns are known as Mandala Designs.
We will explore mantra symbols with sound and drawing on a tote bag which you can take home!
*Artistic skill is not required*
You will be amazed at what you can create in a short period of time and will find the experience relaxing and mindful.
All materials are free and included.
Nik Parmar from Spiritual Gypsy is a creative Bhakti yogi who loves to explore and share the ancient Eastern concepts of devotional wellbeing, offering a mystical lifestyle based on sacred culture and timeless wisdom wrapped in modern relevance and spiritual joy.
His research interest is in Performance Ritual and how people express their identity and connection to their sense of place through music, dance, storytelling and across the arts.
