KUNDA Dance is a class of happiness, creative dance and uplifting inner power. It is a powerful way to clear your body, calm your mind and reconnect with your soul.
KUNDA class is a combination of yoga, dance and fitness that will take you through movements to activate all the chakras in your body.
KUNDA is a combination of powerful asanas, breathing technics and movements to shake away all your fears, insecurity, tension, stress and anxiety bringing energy and vibrancy in your life.
Music composed by the creator of this practice Maya Fiennes and has special rhythm and frequencies, which has an instant healing effect.
Please be on time for the class as music length and movement are connected to create the special feeling of the body and mind flow.

My name is Uliana Da, I am holistic therapist and happy to share with you one of my favourite practice – KUNDA Dance. I am certified as KUNDA Dance teacher with Maya Fiennes in London, UK and absolutely love the quick and uplifting effect of this practice.
Originally from Ukraine, for the past 7 years I have been living in London. I was always into the physical and spiritual practices even when I was employed by investment company as a project manager.
Becoming a mother was a turning point in my life and my career and then I left the investment company to do what I like and what can help others to be healthy and happy.
I qualified as a Clinical Aromatherapist, become Sacral Body Architecture and Sacral Dance teacher, laughter Yoga leader, learnt from Michel Odent about natural birth and Tom Myers about facias, human structure and movement.
I always learn something new and enrich my classes with updated information to be able to kindly bring every attendee to the wholeness and harmony.
