Join Nik Parmar and Geet Navjot Kaur for a blissful and uplifting evening of devotional sound, high vibrational cacao and meditation. This gift to yourself, will be truly expansive and align you to your highest creative expression and potential.

We will use the sacred plant medicine, Cacao to open up into our Heart energy, embrace true joy and bliss, ananda, and set intention through meditation and the beautiful sounds of kirtan. Anchoring us into our true being and well-being.

Geet Navjot Kaur is a devoted yogini, having started her yoga journey in 2013 and going on to train in creative vinyasa flow, yin, aerial and Kundalini. Geet studied as a dancer from a young age and loves to continue her creative expression through her yoga practice and teachings. Geet also creates raw vegan foods and cakes, which can be sampled at her events and are available for private celebrations.

Nik Parmar of Spiritual Gypsy is a creative Bhakti yogi who loves to explore and share the ancient Eastern concepts of devotional wellbeing, offering a mystical lifestyle based on sacred culture and timeless wisdom wrapped in modern relevance and spiritual joy.

His research interest is in Performance Ritual and how people express their identity and connection to their sense of place through music, dance, storytelling and across the arts.

Nik conducts bespoke creative workshops based on sacred, traditional and historically grounded arts and crafts heritage of the Vedic traditions.
