Fintry Autumn Retreat 2026
You are warmly invited to join us for our Autumn Retreat at the beautiful Fintry estate in Surrey — a rare opportunity to step away from the pace and demands of everyday life and spend a few days in stillness, study and reflection.
Open to both Study Society members and non-members, the retreat takes place in the peaceful surroundings of Fintry House and its extensive grounds. Each day will include three periods of meditation, alongside a carefully curated programme of talks, study, dialogue and contemplative practice.
The retreat begins with arrival from 2pm on Thursdy 1st October, followed by our opening meeting at 3pm, and concludes after lunch on Sunday 4 October.
The atmosphere at Fintry is quiet, supportive and reflective, with plenty of space both for shared exploration and for time alone. It is an opportunity to deepen your practice, reconnect with the principles at the heart of the Study Society, and enjoy a few days of genuine inner renewal.
Places are strictly limited to just 15 participants, due to the intimate nature of the venue. With the retreat now only a few weeks away, early booking is strongly recommended.
