Splendour Wellness: Nurture Kindness. Grow Compassion.

Forgiving someone is never easy. You might suppress your anger. You may replay events over and over in your mind. You may even dwell on negative thoughts. All of which can cause harm to both your physical and mental health.

This two hour workshop offers you the opportunity to explore what forgiveness means to you. Using a hatha yoga practice and mindfulness techniques, we will work together to practice the art of forgiveness, to engage with your emotions in a positive way and to develop your inner strength and self-compassion.

All levels of yoga and meditation are welcome, including complete beginners.
