Online Vegan cookery class & sound meditation, with Pareena – ruh Food

Join Pareena from for a working wellness session that will bring warmth to your mind, body and soul.

Explore your culinary skills with confidence in this creative cooking class. Embark on a journey which takes you on an exploration of cooking consciously with your five senses. Be guided by the sounds of the gong and stay focused with some mindful meditation.

Learn some basic Indian cooking skills in this hands-on class, as well as basic hygiene and health and safety tips. Smell the spices and tickle your tastebuds as you learn about their uses. Work in pairs (Covid measures in place) to prepare a selection of dishes including:

  • Pakora
  • Dhal & Rice
  • Vegetable Curry
  • Dessert

All ingredients will be provided. This menu is vegan but can be substituted with vegetarian products. Allergens include: gluten, nuts, and milk. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements!

Pareena will recap each of the dishes at the end of the session and provide handouts and list of ingredients for you to takeaway!
