Buff Bones® online is a medically-endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health.

It leverages bone-strengthening and balance techniques along with Pilates, functional movement, strength training and therapeutic exercise. Toning your arms, hips, back and abs, the Buff Bones® system also improves posture, is adaptable to varying levels, and is even safe for those with osteoporosis and osteopenia.

The workout uses small 500 g – 1 kg hand weights or water bottles. Moreover, Buff Bones is intended for anyone who can get up and down from the ground and is steady on two feet.

Anja Brierley Lange

Anja Brierley Lange is a senior yoga teacher (SYT) and yoga teacher trainer as well as an Ayurvedic Practitioner (BSc, PGDip). She has been teaching yoga since 2005. Combining her passions for yoga and ayurveda inspires her life and is her full time occupation. Anja continues to study, to practise and explore the physical and spiritual practises of yoga, ayurveda, meditation and traditional tantra.
