Arts Journey into Your Story

with Gift Preekamol Chantaranijakorn

this workshop has been cancelled: Apologies

East Studio @ Colet House, London (W14 9DA)

Have you ever found joy and soul in the process of creating art without worrying about any end “perfection”? In this Arts Journey, becoming lost in the process of creating will be our healing and restorative path. No artistic skill is required!

Held in a gently therapeutically structured workshop, ‘Arts Journey’ can be a gentle way for those stories within us to be expressed and listened to, not only by ears but also by heart, body, and soul.

This workshop will allow art to draw us into deep inquiry and meditation in a safe, non-judgmental and friendly environment. Art will shape our magical space, it will nourish our souls and reveal wisdom that words may not.

Bring your heart, soul, and body in comfortable clothes with a water bottle. Art materials will be provided. However, feel free to bring in your own materials, music instruments, or anything that you would like to take on this magical journey.

This event is a collaboration with our friends at Mandala Centre – a hub of talented practitioners offering a range of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual events known as ‘The Mandala of You.’ Their deeply nourishing curriculum unites mindfulness, playfulness and embodiment to feed you from the centre outward and to uncover your most radiant expression of self.
